With a construction/renovation background since 1996, we have been faced with many different types of construction methods, and problems. This solid base has provided us with the necessary knowledge into solving many construction, and renovation situations.

A certified member of the A.I.B.Q. from 2002 to 2017.  InterNachi International & Quebec 2017-2023, and currently a Certified inspector with APCHQ.  We have inspected thousands of homes/buildings, always resulting in customer satisfaction.

We also provide interior thermal imaging scans, air quality tests, as well as material sample analysis  (lead, asbestos, mold, vermiculite).
